Was curious as to any nice subtle bling i can put on my new to me X? I know rim's/tires but that's a bit away. Was looking for little stuff like tail light cover's and such.
Instead of starting a new thread i'll just ask here, what is the biggest rim/tire's i can fit under my stock X? so when i do have that thing called serious cash $$.
I put chrome factory tow hooks on my F350 ,subtle but gives it a nice look in the front. They were for a newer harley davidson s/d. also had to change the bolts on my '99 because the original ones were too short.
The chrome grill is a nice upgrade. If you do that get a whole grille kit not just an insert. Also another cool upgrade would be a bull guard or brush guard.
I installed the glue on fuel door .I get more compliments from this inexpensive item then anything else . Double sided tape comes with it . I added some gasket maker during the install . The cover has gone 110* to zero temps & shows no sign of peeling off .
we bought our X a few months ago, and it already had a chrome bugsheild, and chrome wheel well strips, but stock wheels that look like they are raw cast alum. we have a silver truck, and I don't like the look personally for all the chrome, but if you have alot of chrome goin on, you could look at the fenderwell strips
