so if anyone nows of a 3+bedroom house in saskatoon for under $1000 availble a.s.a.p let me now.
Hey I'm in a similar boat, sold my house in toon town and I'm moving to Sturgis, but we have nowhere to move to yet and have to be out of our house by May 15th. The wife is stressing big time!!!
Not yet, thought we had a place but the person never gave their notice of moving out in writing and decided to take it back and not move out. Kinda screwed us cause we had quit looking.
I have a couple of acreage rental homes close to Saskatoon but nobody is moving out that I know of rdz.
Hope it works out for you.
By law doesn`t the landlord have to give you 30 days? This short notice to move seems really unfair to me.
What type of work do you do rdz?
Yes the landlord has to give you 30 days. I think due to the fact he sold it and did not give you sufficient notice you may get an extra month in the place. Check with the rentalsman in Regina they should be able to give you info on your rights. Best get educated and know your rights before saying you get to stay one more month. Search online for Saskrentalsman in government sites and look up what you can do or call them tomorrow.
Phone the rentalsman, the number is in the blue pages of the phone book. I am not sure but I believe the landlord has to give you 90 days written notice. I dont want to get your hopes up but I know it is more than 30 days.
i'm a concrete finisher for asl we do most of the curbs and sidewalks in the city. morris
we were planing on moving this summer but when i had a little more cash in the bank and when the kids were out of school.
we have a couple places to look at but more than likely we are going to have to get rid of are dog.
Put some ads in mysask or usedstoon. Saying you need a place for large family and dog. May get some results. Or check out a site called places2rent They list some places where more is said about the homes and what can be brought in.
If the dog is house broken and does not scratch doors and walls will make a good argument for his case.
