Auto door lock problem 99 superduty
Hi all,
Can anyone give me advice on troubleshooting a door lock problem on a 99 superduty? It's a 4 door and the problem started with the back doors locking weakly when using the remote. Then they stopped responding all together. Then the two front doors responded weakly. Right now the driver's side works all the time, but the passenger side only works some of the time. Sometimes you can see it trying to go up or down but it will only go part way. I get the same response when using the interior lock button on the driver's side door as when I use the remote on my key ring. All of the doors look like they are getting a signal, but the power isn't enough to actually lift/close the lock.
