All I can say is a helper and an elevated floor jack are VERY helpful if you remove the hinge from either the door or the body. All the bolt holes are slotted to allow for a large degree of adjustment, and the door is heavier than you think! Good luck.

The tricky part was getting to the bolts on the inside of the door. I had to get a 13 mm swivel socket to get them out and a buy a Gear Wrench ratcheting set. That 5 dregee of racheting saved me.
All in all it wasn't bad. Took me about 35 minutes to do.
