What kind of gains can i expect from full length flowtech headers whith 2 1/2 inch collectors and true dual glass pack exaust on my 91 f150 with a 302

Going from a completely stock exhaust it'll be stronger from idle and up through the rpms, but the top end gains are not spectacular because the cam really holds this motor back.
