Noisemaker Part III
I just installed some subs in my car. I got them cheap from my brother since he's going to be selling his truck. It's 2 concept 10" subs with a 275w RMS Mono-block. Here's a pic:

Yes it's in a my 1999 Mercury Mystique. This sub box is bigger than the gas tank in my 51. The box fits nicely in between the wheel wells in the car. I still have 3/4 of the trunk so I can still haul stuff.

see if its got cotton batting in it. if not put about 1/2 a bag in for a tighter cleaner sound...only if you want to of course...

Well I got the sport package so it's got the spoiler and aluminum 15" wheels. It would be sweet to find a SVT Contour but most guys want ridiculous $$$ and they are hard to find in Canada.
The box is empty and I don't think I will bother with the padding.

Yeah taurus SHO guy on my street had a black one it sounded mean but he sold it i think i have seen a contour SVT for sale somewhere maybe canadatrader i think he was asking 10,500 i know i saw one

well...part 3 of my noisemaker just got put on hold. last night i tried to place the 12 inch sony's there to get an idea where to put them...no room whatsoever. so i guess its shopping time. gotta get some shallow mount 10 inch ones...
