Still sluggish???
What else is there, I have cleaned the EBPV line and switch, new blue CPS, (it left me stranded out in the rain). Put on the 6637, muffler is gone, AIH gone, and it seems like something is still holding it back, boost gauge will show 20 to 25 WOT only 3 or 4 just crusing, is that normal? Removed the foil on the tube and from inside the truck you never hear the turbo, it is very audible at the exhaust so I guess its working. What else to check?

Is your truck chipped? 3-5 psi crusing at highway speeds is normal. 20-25 psi on a stock truck @ WOT is on the high side. Sounds like your turbo is working fine if it's able to push those PSI numbers at WOT. How are your EGTs?
