1994 351 still dead

About a week ago, my Bronco died in my driveway because I ran it out of gas (real dumb, I know), anyways- I replaced the fuel filter filled her up with gas and still no start. My grandfather told me I prolly burned up the fuel pump and I need to replace it. The bronco sounds like it wants to start, and I have smelt fuel so I'm not to convinced its the fuel pump, plus I hear it when I engage the ignition. Anyways, any other suggestions??

You can check the shrader valve on the fuel rail to see if it has any fuel pressure. That is the thing that looks like a tire valve stem that is on the fuel rail on the manifold.

Maybe you clogged the fuel filter.

The only way to rule out the fuel pump is to put a fuel pressure gauge on the schrader valve that Tony is talking about.
