codes
If you only have the problem when you are pulling a hill or really getting down on the engine, I would suspect a fuel delivery problem. Check/change the fuel filter first and see if that helps it.

10 = Separator Code (Is a code between each code to start the display, usually don't see them except at the beginning of a code readed display)
11=System out and is checks OK.
25=Knock sensor not tested (ignore if not pinging). Usually if its not pinging going up the hills, its no to worry about, but if it is, replacing it is a good idea or chect the statas of the wire to make sure its connected and tight, its in the middle and has a big nut on it. It senses knocks from the engine and if it gets some, it will report it to the computer to be readed at code posting time by whoever pulls the codes.
31 is several results, any and all could be the answer.... EVP signal is/was out of range.....or/and EVP signal is/was low...or/and PFE signal is/was low.
Generally the passages inside the throttle body is filled with carbon deposits as is the EGR VALVE ASSY. Even it could have a small rip or holes in the rubber membrain not being able to keep suction pressure inside it. The Air pump provides cool air in the exhaust EGR passages and through the Cat and oxygen sensor. the egr sensor tell the computer just how much is getting to it or not enough through it and then the computer sets the codes for the results for you through the code reader.
Code 45 means AIR not Diverting (AIRD). Air Pump isn't working/pipes disconnected plugged/ belt not tight ot loose, pump bad (no air) In which case this means a effect that the cats and oxygen sensor isn't getting any cool exhaust air to help you emissions and so it will run lean which will make the knock sensor post a code. Every sensor has a purpose and just one goes bad or looses the connection to it will let the computer post it through the code reader for you to fix it. EFI engines are dependent upon the sensors in which to perform good.....for you if you mantain them..if not then you'll get lousy service, higher gas fees and generally a rough ride till you get it right.
AFTER each code repair session, reboot the computer, drive it for 10 miles _Normally so the computer can relearn the about the new sensor thats been replaced, don't slam dunk it and start spinning wheels during this period....as its expecting normally stop and go driving to see if any other sensors are going bad or have lost the connections.....computer will not be able to pick up any vaccum lines that are leaking or is loose, so check those as well visually and gentle pull and twist test. 30 min is the usually reboot time, disconnect the neg post battey. It might run bad after starting up but continue with the 10 mile test as it will get better driving it, then repost the codes again to learn more....
