ABS on '99 SD

ABS on '99 SD
The ABS sensor wire to my front left wheel is completely severed on my '99 SD. I have no error lights or check codes. This puzzles me a bit...
- Was ABS a standard feature on '99 Super Duties?
- What type of ABS is it? (all wheel, rear only, etc.)?

If you have a cable on the fronts then you have 3 point abs. Both rear wheels are on one circut and each front wheel on another. Make sure in fact its an ABS wire.. Lots of early 99's had just rear abs..
