Need bolt hole

Could some plese tell me the 5 hole "bolt pattern" for a 2000 F150 ? thanks !!!!!!!!!

You have a 5 hole, 135mm bolt circle pattern. Early models use a 12mm stud. Later models use a 14mm stud. I am not sure when the switch to the 14mm studs took place. I do know that my truck has the 14mm studs. Good luck!

The model year 2000 was the split year in which Ford switched from 12mm to 14mm lug studs. If a 3/4" socket fits on your lug nuts, you have the 12mm, if not then you have the 14mm.
