I took it to the ford dealer he gave it a flush and said it was sticky hubs, $1,500 bucks lighter seamed fine until going around my block it went again this time i went straight through the guy at the end of the streets fence.any ideas ? when i flip the switch it seams to work for about 1 min then stop.It works fine when wheels are locked. any ideas???

I imagine this means you have auto-engaging hubs? If so, get some manual hubs put in, the auto ones have always been unreliable. Most common manual hubs I've heard of are Warn, so I'd have to recommend those.
First I would post this in the super duty forum, not general automotive.
Second, what did your dealer "flush"? I can't think of anything he woudl be flushing that would remedy this problem. Especially for $1500 dollars.
It sounds to me that your auto locking hubs have worn out. There is a small plastic part that gets worn down and the hubs are not able to lock in place correctly once it is worn. The dealer should have replaced your hubs, and that shouldn't have cost any where near $1500.
It sounds like you need to check on the brakes as well.
I know I have read a lot of post of the vacume lines to the hubs leaking. So i would start by figuring out if the hubs are disengaging or if the transfer case is sliding out of gear. Jack up the front end, and engage 4wd. When it turns itself off, try spinning the wheels and watch to see it the driveshaft turns. If the driveshaft turns it's in the transfer case. If the driveshaft doesn't turn, somethings up with the hubs.
