94 explorer fuses

i have a 1994 explorer but i dont have an owners manual with it. Is there anyone that could ell me what is the fuse marked # 18 is for.

#18 is for Heated exhaust gas oxygen(HEGO)

oh and it is 15 amp also.

But then that is for the fuse panel but in the distribution box there is an #18 also which controls the power seats and is 60 amp.
