Whats wrong with my PSD?
I have a 97 cc short bed. It has had a miss since I got it and it only does it when its up to temperature. I have replaced the lift pump, map sensor, cps, replaced the o-rings on the ipr, repalced fuel filter, and recently had the oil changed. I dont know what else. It dosent throw any codes or check engine light. I have had nothing but trouble with it and I am about fed up and probably going to get rid of it unless I can fix it. Does anybody know what is wrong with my truck?

REPLACE YOUR INJECTOR O-RINGS, I went through your exact problem, racked my head over it for about 6 months untill I said to hell with it and baught 8 o-ring kits and got dirty. I wish I would have snapped a picture of the bad o-ring I had found. I actually had 2 of them bad but only one that I could see was blowing out and I was not taking on diesil in my engine oil either.
Only regret I have is not bringing in all my injectors and getting them refreshed or at the least a good look over at my local injector shop where I'm at(still has the slightest miss when right up to temp but not always). My opinion, she still misses after the o-ring swap or if you did'nt find a bad o-ring, get your injectors looked at before putting them in.

Just a thought, but have you checked all of the wiring and connectors for your injectors? Wiring harness, Harness plug block, IDM connections, Wiring harness ends and connectors, VCG plugs and pins, UVC wiring?
