Engine Analyser
For those of you interested in the ECU & engine management. I have found a really nice program (designed for Fords, but not by Ford). It has all kinds of functions on it. Can use as a scantool for OBD1 & OBD2. Will plot out sensor readings ,also has a real time digital dash & will also record the engine as you drive, so you can play it back when you return.
You do need a laptop to do this, but it comes in really handy for diagnosis & it's like having another set of gauges rigged up to the engine sensors!

This is for the EA software which is $55 U.S. you also need the Scantool (ELM 327 chip) ,which is what "talks " to your engine computer & loads the data to the software program on your Laptop. These cost around $100-120, but well worth it. If your serious about engine repair........ you need one of these!
