97 F-150 4.6 Liter engine

Hey everyone, I have a huge problem. My truck is running like crap. It is a 97 F-150 with 167,000 miles on it. I changed plugs and wires about 20,K ago. I got to checking plugs and wires and got to the second cylinder back on the drivers side and found it had antifreeze in the spark plug cylinder, causing the plug to groung out. I borrowed a Stant preasure tester from my buddy but didn't have the right adapter for the preasure bottle. My question is has anyone had this problem yet, and if so what was the cause? (intake gasket, head gasket?) I could relly use some info. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You

I would be thinking headgasket leak. Get the proper pressure gauge to make sure. Be watching the antifreeze levels

Thanks for your help. Head gasket is what I was thinking, but I just can't see the edge of the head very well. does anyone happen to have an exploded view of the 4.6 engine they would be willing to share? Thanks again for your help.

It's fairly common for there to be a heater hose leak up under the manifold. Anti freeze in the plug hole doesn't sound like a head gasket to me.

Xmenop, the link you gave me did not seem to work. Joe Finn, The heater hose you are talking about, is it up under the intake tunnel? Thanks again for all the help guys, I really appreciate it.
