What year is you truck?
On my 2003, the PCM is located underneath the dash next the the parking brake. It is a black box roughly 8 inchessquare by 3 inches thick. It is the one with a billion wires going ito it. As far as the PCM code that is located on a little white sticker on the door. They wear off quick. Mine is long gone. That code is specific to the PCM code. After the white sticker is gone, I dont know where else that code is located. The code is usually 3-4 digits long. A mix of letters and numbers.
