tip in hesitation??

My 92 4.9 has a tip in throttle hesitation. Dosnt matter if its cold or warm. Egr Valve is good. Clean throttle body. It idles mint and runs mint after about 1800RPM, but if its idleing and you blip the throttle it will stumble down 200 rpm before gaining rpm... Has anybody ever had this same problem?? I cant stand it anymore. please help. Thanks.

My '89 had that problem, turned out to be a vacuum leak. I found the juice can thing on the fender was rusted out on the bottom.

pull the codes and check all of the vacuum lines. you need to have the little vacuum pump to test for leaks.
