You asked for it...my codes.
Based on your recommendations, I went to local Autozone and had them hook their iPod up to my truck.. You folks said you would help me out with any codes. 96 Exp XLT, 4.0 V6, 4WD. So here they are...
P0401 (Insufficient Flow something something)
P0420 (O2 sensor)
I bought a new IAC due to the warm startup stalling issue that everyone else seems to also have. I will be installing it tomorrow.
Can you please EXPLAIN what these codes mean, if they are serious, can a novice like me fix, etc. Also, will the new IAC help/fix with the P0401 issue?

This says to perform a KOER self-test. How do I do that?
Also, is this a serious problem, other than destroying the planet? It looks like my emissions will have more icky stuff coming out.
I can clear the codes by disconnecting the battery, correct?
