That kinda reminds me of the cluster in my brother's 60-something F-600.
Then again, what year & model is your parts truck, or was this just laying loose as an extra?

Dash panel
Looks like the panel for a F-600-F800 middle seventies. The extra large circles were for vacuum gauge, air pressure gauge, etc. My "79 F700 had the same setup. Seems the bigger trucks were behind the pickups in changing the design of the interior (didn't even have a padded dash).
