I have a 79 Bronco that is RUSTY!!!
I had an idea... how about rebuilding the 351M and swapping out my 302 into my 92 Bronco and installing all the fuel injection stuff onto the 351 back into my 92?
I know I would need a new bellhousnig as the 79 351 is a manual but the 302 is an auto.

EFI on a 79 351M?

Forget the swap. Go for a 351W that will match up with your current transmission and the 351M was never injected either.

Sorry for the bad news but just trying to save you money and time.

351W will not match up with a trannie made for 351M.

if it is a manual you can swap out the bell housings, if it is a auto your going to need a new tranny.

windsors and M blocks had different tranny bolt patterns.
