'88-'89 dash changes

Can any one tell me if the intire dash from a '89 fit in an '85-'89 model ranger?

yes it will fit. the ranger used the same cab from 83 - 92 that dash will swap over just use all the brackets and hardware that comes with the donor dash

Be prepared to fight some wiring. I suggest finding an EVTM for both models on eBay.
