I want a 4" lift for my 04 F250 Superduty Powerstroke FX4... What companies do you recommend that are priced well? I'm sticking with factory wheels because they look fine to me.. Just gonna throw something like 35s on it...
I heard to stay away from Procomp but every shop I call highly recommends it.. So I'm confused lol..
I am a big fan of Skyjacker lifts I think they ride the best over all. Super lift is all right as well. I have had great luck with Jackit.com. Factory wheels are all good but one thing you will have to look at is the back spacing of them with the bigger tires you might cut your turning radius down, and these HOGS dont have much room to give up.
I have a 6" Fabtech lift on my '07 F-250. It is an awesome lift and rides sweet. A buddy of mine used to work for Pro Comp here in San Diego and he swore that he would never run anything made by them. He is the same guy that has lifted every one of my trucks and I trust him like no other.
I wanted to run 35" tires and I wanted to be absolutely sure that I didn't rub, so I went for the 6" lift. Well, I over did it, because now I can run 37" with no rubbing whatsoever. I don't care, if friggin looks cool. Check out my gallery. Let me know if you want some other pics, and I'l post them. I opted for the radius arm lift for the better ride. A 4-link front end is another option. I am also running Bilstein 5100 shocks that are valved for this truck.
Donahoe Racing is by FAR the highest quality overall, best riding, and best warranty (no questions asked). They treat their dealers right as well, and thats why i stick with them.
