I was wondering if there is any difference in frame widths between a '76 F-250 and an '80 up F-250? The reason I ask is because Torklift has an extended tow hitch I can put on that will reach past my camper allowing me to still be able to tow trailers. However, when checking their charts for compatible vehicles they only go back as far as 1980. If the frames are the same width, I would think it would fit my truck as well. Anyone know for sure?
