I ordered them through SHOX.com and they were also backordered. Once I requested to cancel the order they were able to find a full set at a couple different warehouses. You might try contacting them. They were very helpful.

Thanks. I just checked thew local Autozone - dealers for bilstien - and they don't have any. Also talked to eShocks and they told me April 19'th.
Why such a back order. Do they have a sale running right now? Buy 3 get 1 free or something.
Don't know - eShocks.com just said that they have had the ship date pushed back a few times in the last couple of weeks. But they do have 40 on order so they should have enough when they finally arrive!
Try shockwarehouse dot com. I got mine through eshocks about 3 weeks ago no problem, buit they were for 2WD. And, I might add, that I didn't relly think there was a $260 improvement.
Not sure where to buy em, but I have Bilstiens on my X and they are sweet. First thing people say is how smooth the ride is. Not normally the case with a 6'' lift.

--like a good little fte lemming, i rolled with the stiens! but i gotta agree with pro on this--i didn't notice the bang for my buck that i anticipated, nice shocks for sure but for my meager pittance the hellwig--hands down were the best purchase
Agreed on the marginal difference in the 'steins ... I have an '04 4x4 with 50k miles on it ... maybe my OEMs where hanging in there ok ... mind you I am not towing or using for commercial use ...
I found that to be a problem too, when I ordered Bilsteins for my Excursion. E-shock had the two rear shocks in stock (because I went with the F250 shock), but I had to get the two front shocks from http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/pe...rformance.html
Autoparts warehouse price matched e-shock, and I had no problem with the shipping or customer service.
