Ol' Virginny recipe for sauce is my favorite so far, but costs like $20 a gallon and all day to make sheesh. Usually use the bottled KC Masterpiece.

Aha Mike, da' Big Smoker sounds good! Genuine bbq. I'll be grilling on a propane, ugh, won't heft the 55gal grill into the truck this time. There are small briquet grills at the campsites too.

A NC-WA (pronounced Nsee-wah) G2G....whoa, that's a lot of distance covered. Wonder if the Colorado chapter would host that? It's a longer drive for the tarheels but us WAs have to cross two mountain ranges and continental divide. MPG will be fierce.
