factory installed winch?
I'm looking at buying another bronco and I found one where the guy said that the 91 bronco came with a factory installed bumper to hold the factory installed winch. He also said that it came with dual batteries and heavy duty shocks? was there some special package in 91 that offered this?

Ford has never offered a factory installed winch or winch bumper. Quad shocks on the front are a common option from the factory, but dual batteries are not an option. Dual batteries only come on diesels, and diesels never came in Broncos. I'd recommend you quiz the seller.
