Gas Mileage project

Does anyone know the site for a project that took place on a F350 dually which documented changes made to it and the impact to HP and fuel economy?

I don't remember what website it was on,but if we're thinking of the same F-350 dually project truck,then it was the EFI460-powered Centurion crew cab 4X4 featured in a four part article in Fourwheeler Magazine.(?)I think that truck was put up for sale on ebay a few months ago.Maybe someone else knows the actual website the truck is on.I know I've seen it,but I just can't think of the name
