Crew Cab specific question
How do you remove the strap handle from the rear doors? I have already messed up one door panel - the plastic broke before the metal clip slipped out of the door. I need to get the old strap handles out to replace with some I have found at a junk yard. I will be more careful pulling the panels out of the truck in the junkyard. Thanks for your help.

The end clips pop off and there are philips screws behind them IIRC,
