Hey guys, I was reading some earlier posts and I think I need my truck flashed.
My problem is that whenever I start my truck I have absolutely no throttle response until the engine temp reaches at least 120 degrees. It's really bad and frankly kinda dangerous if I want to pull out on the road quickly. After I reach a good temp my truck will smoke the 37's off like nothing is wrong at all. Just thought I'd get some opinions before I take her in. Thanks
flash her. make sure you remove the tuner due to the update. you may even have to update your tuner. the new inductive heating works better than i ever thought it would.
Yep, the flash is working very well on my truck. I noticed it this morning very significantly! it was about 45 degrees F when I pulled out of the lane, onto the main-drag heading to the freeway. Last week, this was a calculated risk--this morning, no problems... I just give 'er some throttle, and off we go! same situation last week was more like, feather the throttle and pray for the best.
