Runningboard Removal Question
OK,
So I finally got my parents permission to take off the runningboards on my(their) X lol. Its a 4x4 and I'm the only one that drives it, and I think it would be fun and look cool. I'm all into the whole free mod thing
But, I'm not sure what to do with the electrical connectors for the little courtesy lights. Any suggestions on the best way to disconnect/waterproof the now exposed connectors? I don't want to destroy anything because my parents may want to put them back on later.
Maybe just tie them up and put the end in a ziplock with some silicone? Any ideas would be great
**Sorry guys, I know that somebody prolly is looking for a set of runningboards, but there's no way my parents would let me sell them. They barely let me take them off lol. so sorry to anybody who wanted 'em**
