Hello from Idaho

I'm a newbie to the site. I just bought a 73' F100 4X4 w/ a 390. Everythings running great except the manual steering. Is it true that you can put power steering in this truck? I already have the gear box and pump. Will I need to get a different steering shaft? I'm in need of some advice....
