Local chapter?

Hi guys.
1st post here as I didn't actually know there was a local chapter.
Anyway, I drive a 99 V10 for dragging my junk around. I am looking again for the newest model 7.3 I can find that hasn't been beat to death or has 400 000km.
I will start posting here for advice as needed because people living in -30 can relate to the problems I may have in -30!
Now do I sign up somehow for the local chapter?
Thanks for the invite Fomoko1.

Many of us have joined this site thinking that we would get a few questions answered and then fade away but most of us hear now frequently post and blatter on. We have several miny projects going on that I'm sure you'll soon find out. We meet about every secound month and with spring/car shows coming up we are trying to get some cruises planned bith for older and newwer trucks. We are the most active regional chapter and hopin many like you will join/ post actively time permitting.

Hope to learn about your V10, for work I get the chance the pilot a 2001 3/4 ton V10 around sometimes.
Wow, my first welcome went okay don't think I scared him away........yet at least

Welcome aboard Saskdiesel. I'm assuming you've been on the diesel forums. LOTS of info and experience there. I checked out the local Ford dealership about a month ago and the guy just said 'Oooohh that'll be tough. The last one we got never even hit the lot. It came in and left before we even had a chance to get in into the shop, but I'll take your number and let you know." Those late model 7.3's are a hot commodity. I guess I'll just hold on to my '96

Yeah the late model ones are a hot item. Everyone is scared of the 6.0's. I have heard both good and bad about them. Bad thing is, i hear alot of good from guys with like 60,000kms on their trucks, I want to hear how its doing after 200,000 kms!
