can gauges be replaced

can the gauges on a 79 truck be replaced i just got this truck and the gauges don't work i haven't trouble shot them yet i'm just curious ty

Ford guages are very reliable in my experience. It's usually wiring or a fuse somewhere, or a bad connection.
