86-87 Exhaust Differences?

86-87 Exhaust Differences?
Does anyone know if the difference, if any, between stock exhausts from an 86 and 87 5.0 EFI F150? I recently picked up a new project truck. I can find bunches of cat-back systems for an 87 on up, but next to nothing for my 86. Just trying to find out if there's any fitment issues from stock.

The one place I looked at said their cat-back exhaust fits 80-96 "except" does not fit trucks with 2 catalytic convertors or single catalytic convertor systems with a 3 inch outlet.
I am sure if you had a little fab skills, you could make it fit.
