Help With Rust

So I'm washing my truck today, and I always pay close attention to the back fenders. Well today I found a tiny rust bubble coming in, and I was pissed but anyway I need to know what to do to stop it. I pointed it out to my girlfriend and she laughed because you can barely see it, but I know how fast it spreads so I gotta stop it right away. Is there any product I can use to stop it maybe until I get it fixed or maybe for good?

By the way other than that my rust is perfect, so I would rather not have any noticeable repairs. Thanks in advance

if you have one spot of rust you probably have others on the way.

only solution is to cut and replace.

anything else is short term cosmetics.

I don't cut out till gets bad and I live in salt central (yes i do fix it but if you cut out patch 1 little spot it will rust right next to it.) You would have to replace a large area $$. Get spot fixed for now and spray oil up over it from inside several times year.I do all underside with garden sprayer. Your truck will look nice and you can go into the right fix later. I patched a small spot and keep spraying oil and it is still holding up after 3 years.

You need to clean out that area behind there pronto. Dirt and moisture sit in that valley behind there and rust from behind. If you're lucky, you can prevent it on the other side. Don't ignore it, it will get worse fast.

You need to get to clean metal. You may not need to cut it but you will need to grind to clean metal prep and repaint. There is no other way.

That rust starts from behind the fender, so to get to clean metal you need to cut it out. You'll find a lot more rust back there that has not made it through the paint yet.
