hello I am new to this site. I recently bought a '79 Bronco Ranger XLT w/ a 400ci. It is a bit of a basket case but it run & drives. I only paid $500 for it. the frame is super solid & the body is in really good shape which is rare for a truck that old here in Maine.
It does have a tranny problem (slips between 2nd&3rd). My plans are to lift it & I was wondering If anyone had any advise on what to use for a lift. there are alot of companies out their. I am thinking 4 inch susp. lift & maybe 2 or 3 body. also, is there any other things I should get or check out before I lift it.
