Thanks to this site I was able to get rid of that annoying clunking when pulling out and coming to a stop.Greasing the slip joint made an instant difference in my ride on my 93' Bronco.Makes it alot more pleasant to drive.
Now on to another problem or two! I have this noise from the engine compartment, kind of like a whistling type noise you can hear at idle. Not sure if it could be comeing from the air pump, water pump or maybe power steering pump.Hard to pin point with all the noise under there. Can I just pull the serpentine belt and start engine? This would at least tell me if it is indeed something driven by the belt.
