Hello everyone

I have been a long time driver of Ford vehicles. I started out when I was 17 years old with a 1952 Ford Custom 4 door sedan with a flat head V8, manual, with 3 on the tree.
Over the years I have had numerous Ford's, all of which I have liked very much.
My first Ford truck was a 1988 Ranger Custom, 5 speed manual with a 2.9 V6. This truck served me well and had over 240,000 kms on it when I ordered a 2007 Ford Ranger Sport SuperCab, 4 door, 4x2, 5 speed manual with AC and a 3.0 V6.
I took delivery of it in mid September 2006 and to date have just over 8,000 kms on it. Although 19 years newer and with a better ride then my 1988 it is a very nice truck.. colour... Blue.
I am very pleased to be a member of the Ford truck web site. I also enjoy the information that is available. Keep up the good work.

Hello Wayne and Welcome to the site!

Sounds like you have a lot of history with Ford's and I understand it completely. Glad you like the site and feel free to post questions or comments in the tech forums.
