has anyone had trouble fine tuning there front end alignment after a suspension lift & bigger tires? if so is there a source for camber/caster sleeves with more degrees of adjustment than the usual stock they use at an alignment shop?
i just installed a 4" rancho suspension lift & 35" bfg's on my '94 bronco. when i had it aligned the service tech told me that they used the biggest sleeves they had to adjust my caster/camber. he told me that my tire wear will be fine, but it drifts to the right on some road surfaces. it is a very slight drift i only need to move the steering wheel 1/2" to the left to compensate.
Well if it is only on some roads it could be just the crown of the road some have more than others and will cause a drift to the right i am a tech and thats why you are having that problem on some roads you should see that at times it is worse than others right????
any other ?s just give me a jingle glad to help

Dont' worry, it'll get worse. TTB never tracks straight, or if it does not for long Go 'wheel it a little, twist it up, drop off a few ledges. Your steering wheel will be off center and it'll drive a little differently (never contacting or hitting the tie rod/drag link). Do the same things w/SAS and nothing changes.
It'd be nice if the shop told you what degree of bushing they used. They're readily avail up to 2.75 from aftermarket. After that Donahoe Racing sells 3.5 but they're pricey.
