Make shift sway bar disconnects
Has anyone tried using a heavy duty clevis pin where the top bolt goes through the end link? I was looking at some manufactured disconnects and thats all they look like. Any ideas?

U can totally do that but you'll find you won't be able to reinstall it w/out a jack and a BFH. Try, right now, removing one end of the sway bar and then try lining it up by hand, all at ride height of course. Sorry, it works but it's not convenient. This is for the front at least, the rear may be a different story.
