EGR Codes

I have a 06' SD 6.0l. We have the AFE intake, MBRP 4" exhaust, and the Edge Attitude Platnium.

We are getting continued egr codes. Even at time triping the check engine light.

Need some help understanding why, or a fix.

Have you cleaned or replaced the EGR?

I have. and still get code on the edge.

I vaguely remember reading a post in here regarding tuners causing erroneous codes... Maybe return it to a stock tune and see if it stops throwing the code. Also, did you kill the KAM?? It may be retaining "old" information...

I had similar issues with my EDGE, couldn't get rid of it no matter what, I changed to a HYPERTECH & it has not reoccured, coincidence? maybe!
