Engine stall

My 2004, F150, SC, still has an engine stall, from idle, after 55,500 miles. Throttle position sensor, mass air flow, and throttle body have all been replaced and the problem persists. This is the only F150 the dealership has sold, with the problem. Help?

Probably a silly question. Have they done a PCM reflash? That is all that was done to solve the problem on mine.
