Bullrun

Anyone else watching this? I caught the first episode and the last bit of yesterdays show. I'm not a fan of reality TV but it's a neat concept and it has some pretty nice cars on it.

Thoughts?

I had school so I didn't saw Episode 2 (I'll watch it on Saturday).

Is F-150 still the leader? Who got eliminated in Episode 2?

The F-150 boys fall to second behind the BMW. The Nissan gets eliminated because the car broke down and they rented a flatdeck truck to finish.

When you do watch it pay attention to the very end when all the cars have arrived at the checkpoint. The guy who drives the F-150 says something about the Nissan that's pretty funny.

The Mustang boys are barely hanging on again.

Damn that's a nice Charger though.....

How about Lamborghini?

Yeah, that '68 Charger 440 is awesome. Best looking car on the show.

They were in 4th or 5th. Clutch is going so they are going easy on it. Sure a far cry from their hotdogging in the first episode.

Who you pulling for?

I actually really like this show. One thing that caught my eye is at the first checkpoint the F150 finnished after one of the cars (I forget which one), but in the previous shot when the car had come into the checkpoint the F150 was in the background. Just a little conspiracy. I know that when they come to the checkpoint the overall time is what matters. Does anyone else think that there is something up with the father and daughter team in the Firebird? They seem a little too touchy feely to me! I like the F150 because well, it's a Ford truck, but that Charger is so sweet. Dukes of Hazzard without the orange paint.

She's the only chick left in the competition. Did you happen to see the first show when the other 2 ladies got eliminated? Priceless. Talk about sore losers.

Goldberg should have snapped......

Is this the same Goldberg that was hosting that awful History Channel show on cars, trucks and motorcycles?

He doesn't know Cadillac from a Caddyshack....In one show he refered to Al Capone's bullet proof Cadillac as a 1928, 1929, and a 1930. So much for proper editing. The other shows were just as bad..full of errors. If these channels want to run shows on cars, they should hire a host who knows about cars, not some _____! Forget Howie Long too, he's more braindead than Goldberg.

Bullrun, huh..is the show called Manassas in the South?

I have never seen suck sore losers in my life. That's what you get when you drive a Scion. I would have loved the see Goldberg flip his lid more than he did.

What do you expect, they were driving Scion.

I hope F-150 will win, but I also wouldn't mind if Charger or Mustang win.

I didn't see the history channel shows so I couldn't tell you if it's the same guy. If it is, the vehicles have numbers on them in Bullrun so maybe that's the reason. So he wouldn't get confused.

My prediction is that it's going to be the Firebird and F-150 in the final. They have to keep the Firebird in it because besides the girls and the checkpoints, she is the only eye candy to look at.

Before the show even began, I though that Lotus Elise had a biggest chance to win and M3 would come in 2nd. I guess I was wrong.

I think they both have a good chance to win. I just want to see a Ford win and if not the Firebird.

To me those guys in the M3 seem shadey.

The M3 guys are shady. There isn't a lot of attention on them. I'd watch out for them if I was everyone else. The Lambo guys are just too cocky. They'll end up in a ditch somewhere.
