I bought a trans gauge and pod from autometer and performed the "zoodad" mod on the truck. It already had a K&N but I already had the new filter so I swapped it, fuel filter and all the fluids. FWIW. The filter mod seemed to make a slight improvemnt in acceleration.

The rig weighed 19420# total with both jeeps on it and seemed to pull pretty well considering it still has 3.73s. I am swapping in a set of 4.56s in the next week or so and an additional trans cooler with fan (even though the trans stayed at or below 180) for security.
