looking for a tailgate
ok i got a 97 f350 4x4 reg cab (not dulley) 460, 5 spd xlt in kick A@# shape at the auction the other day for 3700, ya'll think that was a good price? anyway tailgate is gone and this is the newest ford truck i've ever owned (look at gallery) soooo, what tailgate fits this year truck? thanks in advance

from 87 to 89 ish same shape but have Ford recessed in large letters. up to 97 HD will fit . If this was F150 grocery getter I'd tell you to get after market if can't find a OEM one. They fit nice but are easy to bend .But being a F350 I sort of guess that you will use it as a truck . Good luck on search As for the gate I live in rust central. I can't help you find a nice one.
