exhaust question...

i had my transmission rebuilt last week, got it back last night, shifts fine, but now the truck has no power. i think its the exhaust pressure. the turbo doesnt seem to whine like before. would taking the tranny out and putting it back in affect anything with the exhaust or turbo? the truck is acting like it did when my ebpv was acting up. i have since disconnected the ebpv. would the batteries being disconnected have anything to do with the ebpv? just looking for some answers. thanks guys

The exhaust up-pipes run up both sides of the transmission, if the installer was sloppy with the transmission jack, it is possible that he or she bumped into the pipes, and it is possible to move one enough to move the donut gasket around and let exhaust pressure pass past the gasket.
