Just one more sign of DP's attitude toward customer service:
They let you know when they aren't able to reply to communications. Others would just let it go and put up with their customers wondering what happened.
It is sure uncommon in today's world to see that level of dedication toward customers, but it will serve DP-Tuner well into the future, as it has in the past.
You can't buy a good reputation, but they're earning theirs the "old fashioned way".
Kudos to them, and my best wishes for a speedy revcovery!

Well as everyone else has said, get well soon! on another note, I have heard nothing but great things about your tunes and am very interested in getting them for my 2001 7.3. Let me know what you can do. Thanks Tom
