Just wanted to tell everyone thank you. Since I joined this forum I have learned so much about my F-350. Took it to the dealer yesterday for some TSB's now I am getting New windows and fresh paint. I had Iron flakes in the paint. It was good going into the dealer and tallking to them on there level. I actually new more then the service advisor. made me feel good. Any way Just wanted to say thank you all for the great info.
Great to hear, Paul. I, too, have saved some bucks and taken steps that will enahnce the longevity of my own little investment. Whenever possible for you, take a few bucks from what this site helps you save and become a Supporter. Money very well spent.
I don't think there are many of us who have't benefitted from advice on the FTE site. One important thing I've learned is that we can give "Rep Points" when we feel someone have given good information.
There's not a lot of info posted on Rep points and you do have to poke around to find those posts but I encourage EVERYBODY to do so.
At the top of each post you'll notice two icons, one is a scale...use this to leave postive points, just make sure you make a comment. The other icon is the triangle which is used to recommend the post be removed...or to document negative things.
I'm in the process of going back to folks that I felt gave me valuable info and catching up on saying "thanks", I appreciate them taking the time to repond to my questions.
