Well I told you all two days ago that I bought a 05 150 5.4. But today when I got the call from the bank they told me my check was ready and all they needed was the VIN and a couple other things. The teller stayed on the line while he checked for the payoff and what do I here? UHHHHH..........so will you be coming up with the additional 18,000 to make the payoff. Yeah I just about shat my pants, the guy had a child support lean on the truck so the payoff was going to be 33,789. I wasn't informed this when making the deal with this bone head. I made a not so nice phone call to the guy and all he could say was "gee I really didn't know, looks like I will be stuck with this truck huh?" I asked for my deposit back and he already cashed it. It's cool though I put a stop payment on it. And now I'm back to the search for a another one. Let this be one of those question you ask when dealing with PP's

It happened in Washington but you didnt hear it from me. I was told by my bank that people who buy vehicles from Washington that live in Oregon have a really hard time with DMV and DEQ issues, I wouldn't know but this has cured my need to want to buy a vehicle out of state. I did find a truck and it just happened to slap me in the face literally! My father in-law was in the market for a new ride so I asked if he would sell me his 03 FX4 SCrew. Lets just say that the fact I'm the one who is giving him his first grand child, I got a smoking deal. It's not the NBS but its got low miles and is a good platform for a killer ride
